Semester 1 Events

  • 12th February – Exec Academy: A must-attend training day for all executives.
  • 23rd–26th February – O-Week: Excite new members with a video display featuring Clubs Day highlights.
  • 11th March (Week 2) – Clubs Day: Showcase your club to new students and build a strong community.
  • 18th March (Week 3) – International Day of Happiness: A day to promote happiness, wellbeing, and a more compassionate world
  • 16th April (Week 7) – Exec Arcade: Try out a new rotation system and pre-organize your teams to ensure a fun and engaging event.
  • 8th May – Live Art Week: A week to celebrate the vibrant and bustling art community on campus.
  • 15th May – IDAHOBIT: Held annually to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community and raise awareness for the fight against discrimination.
  • 4th June (Week 13) – Exec & Chill: Unwind during Stress Less Week in the Student Lounge with arts and crafts, a movie poll, and a popcorn machine.

Semester 2 Events

  • July – Open Day: Inspire prospective students and grow club memberships.
  • 16th July – Exec Academy: A mid-year refresher for executives.
  • 21st July – O-Day: Another chance to connect with new students.
  • 5th August (Week 2) – Clubs Day: A second opportunity to promote your club’s mission.
  • 26th August (Week 5) – Fit & Well Fest: A one-day fitness and health festival.
  • 28th August – Clubs Cup: Showcase your club’s talents and teamwork in this competitive event.
  • 1st – 3rd September – International Week: A week-long celebration of culture and community on campus.
  • 10th September – R U OK? Day: It promotes meaningful, regular conversations to support friends, family, and colleagues struggling with life’s ups and downs.
  • 17th September – Exec Arcade: Try out a new rotation system and pre-organize your teams to ensure a fun and engaging event.
  • 25th September – Mid Autumn Festival: Celebrate under the moonlight with various cultural clubs.
  • 16th October – Gala Night: Dress up and Honor achievements at the year’s most glamorous event.
  • 29th October – Exec & Chill: Wind down with arts, crafts, movies, and relaxation during Stress Less Week.
